About
Common Ground Support was created because we believed ABA could be more personal. We saw a need for genuine relationships, personality, and compassion in a field that can sometimes feel overly clinical and disconnected. Too often, families, teachers, and other members of a child's support system felt like they were simply following a treatment plan instead of being true partners in the journey. We set out to change that by providing evidence-based ABA in a way that is approachable, engaging, and centered around real people. Our goal is to build trust, create meaningful connections, and help children develop the skills they need while making every family feel heard, supported, and excited to be part of the process.

Mission
We believe ABA can be different. Our mission is to help children grow through meaningful relationships, real-life experiences, and evidence-based therapy that feels encouraging instead of intimidating. Every child deserves a mentor, a role model, and a team that celebrates who they are while helping them build the skills to thrive. We work hard, we have fun, and we create an environment where learning feels safe, natural, and something kids can actually enjoy.

Vision
Our vision is to help families find stability, confidence, and hope during seasons that can feel overwhelming. We strive to bring structure, support, and practical tools into everyday life while creating moments of joy along the way. We want every child to feel valued, every parent to feel supported, and every family to know they don't have to face the journey alone. Our goal is simple: help families build a happier, healthier future—one smile, one success, and one meaningful step at a time.
